
Le Coq Rico find birth in Chef Antoine Westermann imagination. He always dreamed of a bistro 100% dedicate to poultry cuisine.
Since 2012, Le Coq Rico is located on La Butte Montmartre few minutes walk from the famous Sacré Coeur.
Le Coq Rico pays tribute to heritage poultry breeds raised respectfully by local farmers.
Cuisine is French modern-classic, whole fowls are first poached in a broth with Westermann’s special technic, then roasted and shared up to 2, 3, 4 people and more.
Respecting the rhythm of seasons, the menu features : chickens, guida fowl, geese, roosters, ducks, quail, squab, game birds…
Eggs in many shapes, giblets are part of the feast : everything is eatable on a fowl, nothing gets waste everything must be celebrate!
